This programme aims to develop graduates who will be visionary leaders and agents of change in early years settings. The programme offers students the opportunities to reflect on the core values of the early years workforce, review practice and policy and learn the importance of encouraging children’s total development in partnership with their families.
An integral part of the programme is the early years work placement that runs throughout all the three years of study, which will help students form links with potential future employers for a rewarding early years career.
The programme also prepares you to take on leadership and management positions in a range of settings and services. These include early years settings, children’s centres, health and social care, community settings and childminding networks.
