Perjalanan itu dianjurkan di bawah modul Pengurusan Ko-Kurikulum, bertujuan untuk menggalakkan pelajar membina penghargaan terhadap hidupan liar dan mengetahui kepentingan melindungi haiwan terancam.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut laporan oleh Dana Hidupan Liar Sedunia (WWF), populasi hidupan liar telah menurun sebanyak 68% secara purata antara 1970 dan 2016. Laporan itu menyerlahkan bahawa aktiviti manusia, seperti penebangan hutan, pemburuan haram, dan perdagangan hidupan liar, adalah punca utama kehilangan hidupan liar. .
