Ini mempunyai dua tujuan untuk menyediakan pelajar kami dengan lebih baik untuk dunia profesional dan memastikan mereka memiliki sifat penting yang dikenali sebagai kemahiran kebolehpasaran siswazah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kemahiran kebolehkerjaan siswazah merangkumi pemilikan kemahiran dan sikap khusus graduan, bersama-sama dengan keupayaan mereka untuk menerapkannya secara berkesan dalam pencarian dan pengekalan pekerjaan. Dalam konteks hotel 4 bintang dan 5 bintang, majikan sangat menghargai graduan baru yang mempamerkan keupayaan untuk belajar dan menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran kerja mereka. Kebolehsuaian ini menyumbang dengan ketara kepada keberkesanan dan kejayaan seseorang individu di tempat kerja.
