Seramai 4 pensyarah dan 39 pelajar tidak sabar-sabar menyertai outing itu, yang bertujuan untuk memupuk persahabatan baharu, meluaskan ufuk, dan menonjolkan kepentingan kehidupan belajar yang seimbang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk memastikan pengalaman yang menarik, jawatankuasa penganjur telah merancang satu siri permainan yang menarik untuk para pelajar. Dibahagikan kepada empat kumpulan, peserta telah dicampur dalam pelbagai program untuk menggalakkan interaksi dan kerjasama. Penyelidikan telah menunjukkan bahawa serotonin, yang dikenali sebagai &quot;kimia gembira,&quot; memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan keseluruhan. Terlibat dalam aktiviti luar mencetuskan pembebasan serotonin, yang menyumbang kepada mood yang positif.
