Sokongan ini berkisar pada usaha bersepadu untuk meningkatkan kualiti dan kuantiti penerbitan sambil meningkatkan keterlihatan penyelidik dan institusi gabungan mereka pada masa yang sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam sektor pendidikan tinggi yang berdaya saing tinggi, ahli akademik menghadapi ancaman bahaya &quot;terbitkan atau binasa&quot; dalam kerjaya mereka. Dalam landskap pendidikan tinggi yang berkembang pesat, ahli akademik universiti memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk masa depan negara dan diamanahkan dengan dua tanggungjawab untuk menyampaikan ilmu kepada pelajar dan menyumbang kepada bidang penyelidikan akademik yang sentiasa berkembang. Untuk menyokong ahli akademik dalam menyampaikan pengajaran yang berkesan berdasarkan pengetahuan semasa dan penulisan penyelidikan canggih, universiti perlu dilengkapi dengan pangkalan data yang baik yang boleh membantu kedua-dua ahli akademik dan pelajar dalam kerja mereka.
