Acara satu malam sahaja ini lebih daripada pameran kesenian gastronomi\u2014ia merupakan tempat latihan yang mengasyikkan dan paling sukar untuk diterima dalam dunia kelas dalam industri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dibimbing oleh Chef Yan, pelajar dari Sekolah Pengurusan Hospitaliti dan Pelancongan mencipta menu yang menggabungkan tradisi dengan inovasi. Daripada Lamb Bak Kwa Amuse Bouche kepada Gula Melaka Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e, setiap hidangan menceritakan kisah warisan, kreativiti dan kehalusan masakan.
