In a vibrant display of creativity and community collaboration, students pursuing degrees in Visual Communication Design and Multimedia Design at SEGi College Kota Damansara have recently completed their remarkable mural painting masterpieces on Level 13 of the campus. This initiative, undertaken as part of their Basic Drawing & Still Life Painting modules, took approximately four weeks to complete and has left an indelible mark on the college’s environment.
The mural painting project, which aimed to achieve multiple objectives, saw students showcasing their artistic prowess while contributing to the enhancement of their academic environment. One of the primary goals was to preserve and narrate stories of historical events, cultural anecdotes, and traditions through visual representations. By doing so, the students not only demonstrated their technical skills but also contributed to the cultural preservation of important narratives for future generations.
