The SEGi University Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Multimedia Design programme guides students in pursuing and attaining in-depth knowledge and skills in the key areas of multimedia design context such as web design, web programming, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) design, user experience design, animation, digital video production and multimedia project management.

Small class sizes and the use of student-centered pedagogy ensures the BA (Hons) Multimedia Design programme at SEGi University delivers the highest quality of education that will enable students to meet and fulfill the current market requirements and demands of multimedia design industries. Entry Requirements

 

  • STPM/ A-Level with at least 2 principals passes or CGPA2.0 and above; or
  • Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least 5Bs; or
  • Pass Foundation in Arts/Design from SEGi UC or from other recognised higher learning institutions with CGPA2.0 and above; or
  • Pass Diploma programme from SEGi UC or from other recognised higher learning institutions with CGPA 2.0 and above; or
  • Pass International Baccalaureate (IB) with at least 24 points; or
  • Pass Canadian Pre-University (CPU) Studies with prorated marks 50% and above; or
  • Pass South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) win marks 50% and above ; or
  • Pass New South Wales: Higher School Certificate (HSC) (Year 12), AU with marks 50% and above; or
  • Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government; or
     
  • Additional requirement:
    Candidates who did not pass art subject in SPM or equivalent would have to pass the portfolio/art assessment conducted by the faculty.
