University of Sunderland is acknowledged as one of Britain’s foremost attractions in the North East for its surviving historic and cultural heritage. The dynamic new university founded its Business School in the early 1990s, and prospered in physical expansion and reputation within five years. Its teaching has been recognised for excellence by the Quality Assurance Agency in the UK.
