JomPAY is an online bill payment platform established and operated by MyClear. It is also supported by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). With its wide coverage of more than 40 bank, customers can pay bills anytime and anywhere through the Internet or mobile banking apps using funds from existing savings, current or credit card accounts.
No registration is required. And best of all, JomPAY is absolutely free.

How to pay?

  • Step 1 : Log on to your respective online mobile banking
  • Step 2 : Click Bills and look for JomPAY (e.g. Maybank2u) Or
    Click Payment or Bill Payment and enter JomPAY biller name and its codes (other banks)

Q. How long does it take for my payment to go through?

When you make a JomPAY payment before 17:00 on a Banking Business Day, the Biller will receive payment on the same day. If you make a JomPAY payment after 17:00, the Biller will receive payment on the next Banking Business Day. If you make a payment on a non-Banking day, such as on a weekend or a public holiday, the Biller will receive payment on the next Banking Business Day.

Q. Can I make a monthly installment payments?

Yes, you will be able to schedule a recurring payment to recur on specific dates every month. JomPAY allows customer to perform one off, my registered & future dated bill payment transactions.

Q. How do I avoid being charged a late penalty on my payments?

To avoid incurring late payment charges, we strongly encourage you to schedule the payment(s) at least five working days in advance from the payment due date.
