   | Since art has been around for eons, the Creative Design graduates of SEGi University thought it would be appropriate to use vintage art as the theme of the graduate showcase and spice it up by adding some modern elements. The diploma graduates from the School of Creative Design held their graduate showcase at the happening Sunway Giza Mall in Kota Damansara to display their creativity and ingenuity to the public and prospective employers. The showcase is to help promote SEGi University’s visibility, prominence and awareness in the area of creative art and design. It is also to boost the diploma graduates’ confidence in their potential as well provide them invaluable experience in organising a showcase or exhibition. The name of the showcase is ‘Artage’ Graduate Showcase August 2012. All the graduates dressed themselves up in vintage fashion from the 1960’s to 1990’s, evoking a very nostalgic environment at the showcase. The diploma graduates were from the disciplines of advertising design, graphic design, interior design, creative multimedia and video & animation. |
