SEGi has witnessed many talents leaping to great heights in academics through hard work and sheer determination. One such is Ms Lee Wei Min, who scored an impressive feat of CGPA 4.0 in the Foundation in Science, SEGi University College. A brilliant student with a winning smile, Wei Min shares her thoughts. Being the second child and from a Chinese school background, she feels that her results are a small step to achieving greater success. She would like to attribute her good results to her lecturers. She is convinced with the teaching talents of SEGi University College and spoke highly of the fun yet challenging environment. Her advice to her juniors is to cultivate smart learning abilities. She emphasised on learning pertinent aspects of the subject matter without giving the utmost priority to results. She said that the knowledge acquired during the learning process is material and will play a crucial role after graduation. Wei Min also believes that student’s life should have room for extra-curricular activities too and this is where studying smart comes to play. As for the future, Wei Min is optimistic of what lies ahead. Albeit undecided of career path, she is geared to deliver to the best of her abilities. She is still looking at options of doing chemical engineering or architecture. With the great determination and positive attitude she has now, Lee is heading towards realising her dreams and to do her share to help the society from which she has benefited immensely.
