 | SEGi University would like to congratulate the four Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) graduates who just graduated in July in Sunderland, UK, and obtained First Class Honours! They were among 14 graduates who completed the MPharm, a collaborative 2+2 programme between SEGi University and the University of Sunderland in the UK. This is a whopping 28% ratio of first class honours to graduates. A tremendously high ratio and success rate for SEGi’s MPharm programme. The MPharm graduates studied at SEGi for 2 years, after which they continued the subsequent 2 years at the University of Sunderland. All of them have found employment in the UK. They will serve as a pre-registration pharmacist for one year before sitting for the pre-registration examination which will grant them recognition as a UK registered pharmacist. With this recognition, they will be able to practice as a pharmacist in Malaysia and anywhere in the world, especially in Commonwealth countries, subject to the country’s regulations for pharmacy registration.
