This programme places particular emphasis on developing students
ability to manage people, so that by the end of the programme
they should be able to handle confidently many of the complex
interpersonal interactions which take place between members of
teams, with clients and with customers. The ability to drive business
success and manage people effectively are essential qualifications
for becoming a successful manager.
This programme adopts a variety of assessment methods including
exams, coursework, essays, presentations, group work and real-life
