A dynamic website is a website whose content is regenerated every time a user visits or reloads the site. This course will share the knowledge on how to use server-side scripting to dynamically produce web pages that are not affected by the type of browser the web site visitor is using.

Objectives

  • Learners will be trained to build full-featured, database-driven Web sites.
  • They will apply these skills to the development of a fully functional data-driven website with ASP written in VBScript.
  • The harness the power of ASP to remember users with cookies and sessions, collect and process information users enter into an online form, and provide rich integration with databases to track clients, orders, and products using ASP and the enhanced functionality of ASP components will be discussed.
