BA (Hons) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (3+0)
Recognised as one of the top 3 universities for research funding in Scotland, the University of Abertay Dundee holds a powerful reputation for research and for delivering career-driven education, calling itself the "professional university to pursue a professional education."
Our marketing and business programme offers a great opportunity to study areas of marketing specific to the marketing function within organisations (e.g. sales management), as well as the study of contemporary techniques in marketing practices such as direct and database marketing, and electronic marketing.

The role of marketing is vital to the success of any business in today's competitive international market. The marketing manager is the bridge between the organisation and the customer, and ensures that the products and services the company offers satisfy the needs of their markets. Our marketing programme will enable you to develop marketing plans and strategies, and to manage and co-ordinate marketing activities for successful business ventures.

In the final year you will study a range of marketing applications, marketing in society, sales management and relationship/direct marketing. The marketing management theme develops your communication skills and gives you confidence to help you stay ahead of the competition through exceptional customer service.

Throughout your programme, you will develop an ability to analyse marketing programmes and develop creative marketing solutions that will make you a valuable asset to organisations, large and small, or perhaps even a company of your own!
